How long does a full branding project take?

A complete Visual Identity & Brand Kit typically takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, including the two brand explorations and revision rounds. We'll align on a timeline at the start based on your deadline.

Can you redesign or refresh an existing brand rather than start from scratch?

Yes. If your brand has a strong foundation but needs modernising or a more consistent system around it, we can do a brand refresh instead of a full rebuild. We'll assess what to keep, what to evolve, and what to replace.

What file formats will I receive?

You'll receive everything — SVG, PNG, PDF, and source files (Figma/Illustrator) for the logo; style guide as a PDF; and editable social media templates. Everything is organised and ready to use from day one.

Do you also design pitch decks as part of the brand kit?

Pitch decks are a separate service, but many clients add them on after completing their brand kit since all the brand elements are already in place. It makes the deck design much faster and more consistent.

What does the Visual Identity & Brand Kit include?

You get a complete brand system — logo design, typography, colour palette, brand guidelines, social media templates, and a ready-to-use brand kit. We also deliver two full brand explorations so you're not locked into a single direction early on.

How is this different from just getting a logo designed?

A logo is one piece. A brand kit gives you a full visual language — how your fonts, colours, icons, and layouts work together across every touchpoint. It's what makes your brand look consistent whether it's on a website, a pitch deck, or an Instagram post.

Do I own the final logo and brand assets completely?

Yes. Once the project is complete, all files and intellectual property are yours. We hand over vector files, source files, and every asset in formats ready for print and digital use.

What if I don't like either of the two brand directions you present?

We start with a detailed discovery to understand your vision before we design anything. If neither direction lands, we'll go back, dig into the feedback, and explore further — our goal is a brand you're genuinely proud of, not one you just settle for.
