Overview

The Challenge

TEDxGateway approached us with a vision to create a digital experience for their Youth 2025 event—an event designed to bring together young, inspiring minds from across the globe to share their ideas and spark change among the next generation. Their main challenge was to design a website that not only captured the youthful energy and vibrancy of the event but also placed strong emphasis on driving ticket sales. They needed a platform that blended storytelling, interactivity, and visual appeal to inspire visitors to participate and be part of the movement.

Our Role

Our role was to conceptualize, design, and develop the TEDxGateway Youth 2025 event page in a way that resonated with the target audience—youth and changemakers. We aimed to balance creative design with functionality, ensuring that the atmosphere of the event was effectively translated into a seamless digital experience.

What We Delivered

  • Immersive Hero Section: We designed a minimal hero space with strong headings and clear call-to-action buttons, allowing users' attention to naturally focus on event details and ticket purchasing.
  • Speaker Showcases: Bold, large-format visuals highlighted the speakers. Interactive features like hover states provided short bios, while click-throughs offered deeper insights into each speaker’s background and ideas.
  • Engaging Workshops: We created dedicated sections highlighting interactive workshops such as beatboxing and public speaking, providing clear details and booking flows.
  • Interactive Schedule: The dynamic schedule allowed users to explore the event in detail, adding layers of engagement to keep visitors on the site longer.
  • Visually Youthful Energy: Through bold color palettes, modern typography, and interactions, we designed an energetic experience that mirrors the essence of the event.

The Outcome

The results exceeded expectations, both from TEDxGateway and the audience:

  • Over 16,000 website visitors in just two weeks after launch.
  • Workshops sold out within 2 days, reflecting strong engagement with the younger audience segments.
  • All event tickets sold out within a week, driving over ₹12,00,000 in revenue within 2 weeks.
  • The website successfully created buzz and excitement, positioning the event as a must-attend experience for the youth community.
